Remember this Discussion awhile back? when the Dems on the board were pointing the finger at the Bush Administration for outing the CIA agent???

here's a bleep from the article that should stand out..
They gave their testimony after their sources waived their confidentiality agreements. But The Times believes that the Bush Administration forced White House officials and others to sign the waivers, making them invalid.

Now why would the Bush Administration want to force anyone to go forward and give sworn statements if THEY were behind the disclosure of the CIA Agent that leaked to the public???

Make sinse to me DUH!!!!

It's called multi-level thinking. You dis-credit someone on a minor point and that casts doubt about anything else they say that may be of value in the future. A political chess game between the courts and the administration.
