I won a couple of auctions on September 9th. I have not heard a word from the auction site to confirm delivery. They also have not responded to my email. I know this was during our recent national tragedy and packages were not being delivered. Does anyone know the status of shipping?

I received an email today. There is apparently an inventory shortage involved with my shipment. Although a little surprised that we auctioned something that we didn't have, at least I received an update. Should have the product by the end of next week. Thanks for your advise.

Yes, it may seem odd that an item up for auction is out of stock. It's fairly rare, but from time to time the inventory numbers in the computer don't match what's on the shelf. Or it got damaged or dropped in the humidor. We do our best never to let that happen but a mistake like that occasionally does. Thanks for your patience.
