Sox in 6 sounds good.

I hope they play Houston in the WS so they can face the Rocket one last time...

Charlies smokin Bucs again!!!

Although I do agree that the Astros are on the best run right now, I just don't think they can over come the Red Birds offense.

WS St Louis vs Red Sox

Go Sox!

I'm just giddy that the Astros are still playing when my b-day comes around. Thats a first for a 'stros fan!

That said.....Astros in 7

BoSox in 9.....the tv network will decide 7 games wasn't enough! Clemens against NYY would be nice, but maybe against BOS would be even sweeter

dkeage

I wonder if the NL series games will be on during prime time at all??? Seemed all the HOU/ATL games were on in the afternoon, until game 5.

GO 'STROS!!!

Charlie ... my take on the Sox/Yank series is that if it goes to 7, the Yanks will win ... the Sox will need to get it done with Shilling and Martinez (games 1,2,5 & 6) ...

As for the WS ... if I'm right about the Sox and Cards, I think it'll be the Sox winning the Series in 7 and that it'll prove to be one of the best WS in memory ... if it's Card/Yanks, it'll be Cards winning in 6 and not as memorable a series ... if it is somehow the Astros winning, they'll fall to either of the AL teams in no more than 5

I have two predictions:

1) The ALCS will go 7 games and one or the other team will win.

2) The NLCS will go at least 6 games and they will play at least nine innings.

Wow, how about the pure courage of Curt Schilling last nite? What a gritty performance!

Go BoSox, beat the evil curse of the Bambino!

Gut feeling......World Series, Yankees over Houston.

If St. Louis can get by the Astros they will give the Yanks a good spankin'.

Hey Charlie,

You must pissed ol' Johnny off with that "hiting leasons" remark.

Being a Giants fan I always pull for the NL in the series. ('cept for 82. Im a big Robin Yount fan) But this year I gots ta go with da playin wicked haaaard Red Sox

Well it also helps that I cant stand whiney boy LaRussa and that Jeff Kent is the biggest prick in baseball. To bad tho, since I have a lot of respect for Biggio and Bags and would like to see them win one. But I just cant stand that little puke Kent.
