http://www.woodworkersweb.com/moistulator.htm
I found this calculator on the site above while surfing...
I would think it would work the same for cigars as it would for wood??

Do you think that it'll keep your wood properly moistulated, Hog?

Moistulator (Equilibrium Moisture Content Calculator)
so 67 Degrees and 67 % humidity = 12.5 EMC
But 70 Deg at 70 % = 13.1 thuse when I kept my humi regulated at a 70/70 mix I was always turning them and many times I had certain cigars that would need re-lites while smoking and on occasion some would Tunnel... since I keep my humi a bit dryer/cooler 67/65/67 I have never had this problem accept for newly fresh added cigars...
and my ISOM's love this change so do the Maduro's ;0)

I've never even heard of the Moistulator, but've been saying the same thing about keeping cigars @ 65% RH for the past 2 years ...
