>>NAME: John Kerry
>>
>>RESIDENCE:
>>7 mansions, including one in Washington DC, worth multi-millions.
>>I served in Vietnam (four months).

>>endangering my neighbors in the event of fire. I served in Vietnam
>>(four months).
>>
>>MILITARY:
>>I served in Vietnam (four months). I used three minor injuries to
>>get an early discharge from the military and service in Vietnam (as
>>documented by the attending doctor). I ! served in Vietnam (four
>>months). I then returned to the U.S., joined Jane Fonda in
>>protesting the war, and insulted returning Vietnam vets, claiming
>>they committed atrocities and were baby killers. I served in
>>Vietnam (four months). I threw my medals, ribbons, or something

>>I served in Vietnam (four months).

>>
>>ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
>>As a U.S. Senator I set the record for the most liberal voting
>>record, exceeding even Ted Kennedy and Hillary Clinton. I have
>>consistently failed to support our military and CIA by voting
>>against their budgets, thus gutting our country's ability to defend
>>itself. Although I voted for the Iraq War, now I am against it and
>>refuse to admit that I voted for it. I voted for every liberal

As seems all too often the case, I'm not voting so much FOR W as I am against Kerry ...
I simply cannot bring myself to even consider voting for a guy who would conduct himself as Kerry did subsequent to his 4 months in Vietnam ... had his actions come during WWII, there is little doubt he'd have been tried for treason ...
Simply put ... he is, in fact, totally unfit for command

Only if you believe that your children and grandchildren should pay the price for his callous disregard for fiscal responsibility! This so called republican led presidency has advanced the causes of the rich while leaving us working stiffs out in the cold. His environmental policies are ridiculous ! Please check the facts and not just rely on political diatribe when you make your decision!!!

If experience is any indicator, it took 20 years for us to dig out from the Reagan era deficits. This administration has dug us such a deep hole, it may take 30 years to get out of it, if we do at all.

But, $500 billion annual deficits must be good. Someone's gettin' rich and it sure isn't me.

Vote Badnarik in 2004! Check his website for his "Plans for America".

http://badnarik.org/

This guy wants to take power away from govn't and put in back into our hands. Plus, he's against the Patriot Act, which is my biggest vote swinger of this election.

I'm not libertarian in the least, but I like this guy.

Don't know about this fellow, Badnarik, but if you like a strict adherent to the Constitution, the Constitution Party is running Michael A. Peroutka.

Probably doesn't stand a chance but he's much better than the corrupt, unfocused "Republican" or the Democratic joke-- neither of which believe in the Constitution.

Mr. Bush believes that the Federal Government is his personal piggy-bank from which he "takes money to help people who hurt throught the world"--paraphrasing his words.

And to think that in his book, A Charge To Keep, he said that he ran for Governor of Texas because, "...the Federal Government is too big...I am a fiscal conservative...Government must be limited and focused".

A liar just like Kerry.

Im with SteveS.

While I am leary of the direction Mr. Bush is takin us and I believe that we may need to take a different tackt in some areas, Mr. Kerry just isn't the guy to do it. It seems that all he wants is to get elected. His campaign reeks of "Ill say or do anything to get elected but don't hold me to anything once Im there". He's trying to please every one and all the while not really give me a sense of what he is really all about. I just get the feeling that he's all about getting elected but not being a President.

I just dont think he is fit to lead this country.

Reagans tax cuts doubled the income to the US Treasury in his 8 years in office. If you double income, and are more in debt, it's not income, but spending, that is the problem. Congress (the opposite of progress) controls the spending. I'm old enough to remember the Reagan budgets being delivered in a casket to the Democratic Congress as DOA. Tax cuts will increase the actual dollars into the Treasury by stimulating the economy, plus it shifts the after tax profit analysis so more taxes can be paid rather then shifting income to no-tax areas.

Back to the original question. That looks like a pretty thorough picture of John Kerry and his lack of Senate accomplisments. Along with the fact that he has taken advantage of the Bush tax cut and not opted to pay additional taxes.

"If experience is any indicator, it took 20 years for us to dig out from the Reagan era deficits. This administration has dug us such a deep hole, it may take 30 years to get out of it, if we do at all."

The Reagan Presidency ended in 1988, the Reagan Era could be said to extend through the Administration of G.H.W.Bush, who was his V.P. which would put it at 1992. When are you measuing 20 years from? Jimmy Carters Presidency? The "Surplus" (which wasn't really a surplus, but a forecast surplus based on numbers which would have to have remained unchanged to be what they were being made out to be. Remember September 11th, 2001? That threw a cold tub of water on the US economy, the Airlines were totally shut down for a month or more, the industies of tourism, and those that depend on tourism both suffered, and the effects rippled out through the economy. There was a war to fight (no, I'm not even getting to Iraq yet!) and those ARE expensive things! Have I gotten yet to anything that's Bush's fault? By this time the economy was getting quite rocky, especially considering what it was when Bush took over. By the way, all those figures for a surplus, they were calulated using data which included a GNP (tax base) based on figures of what ENRON, and WorldCom, and a myriad of other companies were SAYING they were worth. Need I say that those companies, (and their deceptive accounting proceedures) flourished under the LAST Democratic President, but were CAUGHT during Bush's term, is this wrong? If he is so tight with Ken Lay, and those guys, why did they burn after he became President, and not under the Democrats? I see too many instances of the left accusing the right of their own crimes, and the press wont call them on it! Rather, (strange choice of words) they further and continue the charade! Very strange!
