I've lost a friend today. John Hendrick was a guest on my radio show in Charlotte (when I had one) a number of times and helped us out more times than I can count with charity functions, Make-A-Wish in particular. I've seen this guy whip out a checkbook and be more generous with his time as well as his money than anyone I knew.

Keep Rick in your thoughts - he's lost a son, a brother and two neices today - in addition to losing his own father not too long ago.

To lose a son, brother,two nieces, and six friends at anytime, let alone in one devastating accident in one day is a horrendous load to bear. My heart and prayers go out to the Hendrick family.
