In addition to the forum rules, please consider the following:

Attack your opponent’s idea, never your opponent.

Including:
Spelling
Ethnicity
Gender
Home
Job
Grammar
Origin/Location, e.g., Californian, Yankee, Southerner, etc.

Doing anything else is garrunteed to make you look stupid.

If you cannot argue or at least articulate your opponent’s point of view, how can you argue against it?

it appears that you have provided my "foes" with ways to attack they may not have thought about.

Including:
Spelling been done
Ethnicity mentioned but not negatively
Gender tried by pajama something
Home been done (charlie vs my porch)
Job does retired old codger count?
Grammar been done
Origin/Location, e.g., Californian, Yankee, Southerner, etc. been done

the list left out:
attacks on family of debater
filthy language
snottyness disguised as sarcasm
remarks about physical appearance ie: height or weight.
threats of physical violence

i'm sure there are other debate no, no's, but that's the best i can do for now.

no it appears "they" have breached the rules of debate already, and so have i.
