i think not. he should be buried in cairo where he was born and along with it all the money he stole from the palastinians, a billion or so.

I personally think his body should be fed to crocodiles in Egypt! Or tossed on a rubble pile somewhere....POS does not deserve a decent burial IMO!

The truth of the matter is if Arafat really wants to be buried in Jerusalem, he will be buried in Jerusalem, maybe not today, maybe not in the next ten years, but one day it will happen (coffins can be dug up, moved and replanted). I believe his death will change nothing and if I'm proved wrong it will be for the worse.
