Everbody was complaining about the increase of the cigar rates at the auction, there are some people resale their cigars at Y auction / cigars, like our friend BN of Alabaster, his name on Y is bkn152,check it out very interesting he has about 30 items , i thought selling cigars for a living you need a license, special sending it to CA,there has to be a tax added, need some feedback have enough cigars to make a Y store.eom

There are quite a few people doing that. Just watch who and how many cigars some people buy.

I have thought I was bidding against dealers/resellers, judging from the volume of some. If there is much profit in this for e-trades, I can't imagine what the prices must be on some of the other boards. As to licenses and taxes, the internet is still the "wild west," which is mostly a good thing for buyers.

Cruiser, I thought you were committed...Don't they hold you for three days for an involuntary, or was it a voluntary (thereby being able to check yourself out at any time)?...Or do you have access to an ISP in the mental hospital?...Hope you're doing better!

Cruiser ... where have you been? People here have been buying cigars at this auction since they started this site and reselling them. Can't you tell who the retailers are? They can get them here cheaper than wholesale much of the time ...

What one does with them after they purchase them, is their business. After all, America is still a free country.

What I don't understand is the 'taxes' comment. I live in CA where ther is a 67% tobacco tax and an 8% sales tax. Why the h*ll do you think I buy my cigars online? If a buisness does not have a 'brick and mortar' in your state ... you do not have to pay the taxes on items purchased on the internet.

Of course, that can all change someday ...
