ANDY - there is a logical explanation

the rub I was going to (and still will some day) was a specific rub trying to perfect the use of dried worstershire. I have had one batch turn out well the others not so much. Therefore I would not send it to you until I get it right.

What I send to the Chief was my base rub (similar to wild willys in the Jameson book) and the premixed dry ingredients to roadside chicken. (Chief make no mention of other rubs included so Andy will not blow a gasket).

I simply wanted to help chief rub his meat and choke the chicken.

Its not as if I sent him beer with it or anything.

Andy, TDub sent me some rubs--but I think he's playing a joke on me...I smelled one and immediately was convulsed with full-out body-wracking sneezes that lasted for maybe 50 sneezes. Same thing happened to my wife. Same thing happened to a friend of mine.

TDub has secretly sent sneezing powder--lol!

andy I sent him two vacuum packed bags of a double batch of the dry seasonings with instrucitons to add the vinegar, worst, and oil.

One bag for marinade the other for baste.

In effect a quadruple batch to be used at once.

I tried it with whole bird and it was not that great. with parts it is awsome.

I found that if I have the dry ingredients premixed in a vaccum bag I tend to make more roadside chicken....

yea... I've been playing with it and got close for awhile to a really unique rub using it and lemon pepper among other things.... but it never got quite right.

when I get it down it will fly your way.

Feel like in the interest of playing/fooling around some feelings have been hurt.

Andy, TW made it plain to me early on that he was not quite happy with the rub, but was sending it anyway. I got the feeling that he was hoping to send you the best he could, and would wait until he felt he'd perfected it before sending it on to you.
Of course none of that applies to me. I was only good enough to recieve rub while it was in the experimental stage, i.e. sneezing powder
