Perhaps it is his floppy red and white Yarmulke. Or maybe Chuckie recognizes how deftly ol' Santa swings that Candy Cane, much like a Rabbi would perform a Briss. Myself, I think he looks Irish. look at those red cheeks, and it ain't even cold outside...
