I took Ricks advice and received a 5 pack of the Evelio torpedoes. The aroma of these cigars (unlit) reminded me of the few real ISOM's I've smoked, and based on Ricks comments I highly anticipated the smoke. The problem was is was a really tough draw. Too tight to taste anything, good or bad. I'm letting the others sit a bit. What should I expect from the remaining four?

Based on what you started off with, probably not much! Just joking, will be anxious to hear your report in about 6 months! Charlie

tailgater: they pack the top too tight sometimes. cut down about 1/4 at a time until you get the correct draw. "i like the smooth feel of the wrapper" he said, wondering who will have some remarks about that remark.

Silly man, if you think that remark will go unnoticed! What were you thinking? Charlie

Rick is correct. When you clip the cap, you have to cut lower than you might expect. A lower cut will give you a very easy draw.

Thanks for the tip (no pun intended), I have a box of 5 Vegas panatela's that I got on the trade board that were TOO tight, read the thread, clipped the head (pretty good, huh) and had a great draw. Can we drop this subject now, it makes me uncomfortable. Can you say circumsized?
