Monte 'A' should be around $50, or I would consider it counterfeit. I've never seen one for $30 ...
Cuban cigars are not what they are cracked up to be. Not the ones being sold now, anyway. Give them a few years age, and they will be better, but now, most are too green.
Don't get me wrong, good well-aged ISOM's are a real treat, and the taste is like no other. But, on the other hand ... there are MANY legal cigars that are far superior to the Cubans, and you don't have to worry about fakes and outreageous costs.
Remember ... 95% of the Cuban cigars floating around out there, and especially in foreign countries, are fake, unless you buy the at an authorized store. They may be Cuban, mind you, but not what the band says it is. Lot's of 'farm' Cubans out there ...
