I have a Colibri Oscar. Got it for Christmas. Worked great for about a month then crapped out like all the other butane lighters. I went to the Colibri web site, called them and got advice. Didn't fix the problem. Was ready to sent it to the 'butane lighter graveyard'. I decided to spray it with WD-40. I took it apart and sprayed the valve and everything else. PRESTO. It works better than new. Try this before you toss any more lighters. Can I get the Nobel Prize for this?

Just use the WD 40 to light your smokes. Hold a zippo a few inches in front of the nozzle and pull the trigger of the WD 40. Recomended for outside use only. LOL Barry

Take it apart, spray with WD-40, re-assemble with duct tape.
