Update. Game over. Bruins 4, Philly 2. Boston now has a commanding 4 point lead in the East. Looks like Home Ice all the way to the CUP!

Tailgator Tailgator Tailgator, you still don't get the " BIG PICTURE ". The Flyers want the B's to have home ice disadvantage ( Flyers slaughtered them twice this year on the B's home ice 5/2 - 4/2 )it's part of the " BIG PICTURE ".The second part of the " BIG PICTURE " is the last ten games B's 8-2-0 Flyers 3-5-2 as we know what goes up must come down and visa versa which means the Flyers will be peaking at the perfect time ( the playoffs ). Should the B's last long enough ( I doubt it ) to play the Flyers in the playoffs it will be named the " Crime Scene in Town Bean " where the Flyers will make " Ruins of the Bruins "! JonR

Fancy rhymes and a buck might buy you a grande decaf at Starbucks, but they won't get you to the CUP. Since when is going sub 500 called "Peaking"? Finishing the season strong is important in the first few "trap" rounds of the NHL Playoffs. And I guess you didn't watch the game. If you did you'd realize that the Phliers were playing for keeps. They hit hard and fought for every shot, just as they should. Phace it, the Phliers are Phinished!
