Re-read the post. The President is "laughing" at the irony, not the tragedy. Cripes, you guys are morons if you think Dubya would genuinely laugh at the current problems facing this country and the world. For those too stupid to understand, here it is in a nutshell: It is IRONIC that the only three scenarios that Bush claimed would cause a deficit are ALL happening at the same time. And yet he is able to end it with "we're fine". Try a course in English before you attempt to belittle the President of My country.

Oh,just so you know.It's not really about that tactic in it self.It's just you have misspelled(sp) sooooo many times,as do we all!!!!
