Oh happy days! The vast majority of the countin' is completed. There are a couple of final pieces my stalwart volunteers are working on (no pressure, fellas) before we can declare a mostly, probably, sorta accurate accounting.

While we wait patiently (seriously, no pressure at all), who wants to play a game?

Post your guesses here whether the posted count is high by X amount or low by X amount. The person with the closest guess will be sent a 5er of whatever I feel like sharing at that point. No price is right rule in effect here. Though you do have to guess high/low correctly.

For hypothetical example, if one person guesses high by 3, and the next guesses low by 7, and say true count is low by 1, then low by 7 wins even though high by 3 is technically closer. Clear as mud?

I'll be accepting guesses until such time that a final tally can be produced (honestly guys, not one iota of pressure here).

I usually shy away from anything not "full/strong" flavored because I feel like I am missing half the cigar, but not this one. Very full of flavor without being a strong cigar.

I used to prefer MF / Full cigars too but at some point around 5-ish years ago, started dialing it back and now rarely buy stronger cigars. Like your experience with the DI, the flavors pop out and make for a much more enjoyable experience.

I think an interesting over / under bet is how many posts it takes us to mess up the count after the audit results. My guess is less than 25 cigars post-audit.

No, not temperature cold but a sore throat, runny nose, and cough kinda cold. Nuthin’ like the kinda cold that Danm went through but enough to keep me away from the leaf.

But speaking of the “Baby it’s cold outside” cold, in addition to the Carhartt coat, maybe I should consider wearing some gloves too? Avoid frostbite and stuff like that. Gonz

Jake, any issues with construction? Every vitola other than the Gol that I tried had issues (underfill, plugs, etc.). It was as though they knew the Gol would be the big seller, so they put the trainee rollers on the other vitolas.

No none honestly. Well rolled
Maybe you got in a bad run. I’m not sure if it makes any difference whatsoever but I did get a box. I’ve read occasionally the cigars they put in boxes are better than the ones that end up in 5 ers. ????

No clue. The rest of them might all be plugged lol

Thanks, I don't love the 56rg, so the toro was a shoe in, but the fiver I bought felt like half filled sponges.
