HA

No way guys. I'm pretty stocked up here. And I'm not FOG enough to start keeping smokes in my underwear drawer.

But I do appreciate the offer, Corey. You are one of the most generous guys on the forum.

Penultimate one from a 5er. Would have bought two 5-packs but they were a tad expen$ive.

The AR is zesty with cocoa and bitter and a hint of spice, and those dark notes. Wonderful cigar

80622 BDL maduro. It's good, extra good if you factor in the $3 pricetag. I wouldn't be mad if it was a $5 smoke. Fairly mild, slightly sweet creamy, cocoa n coffee, draw is perfect, burn is perfect. Nothing incredible, but I can't find a fault. Halfway a little more spicy but still very smooth creamy mouthfeel. I like it. Glad I bought em. Add to the daily driver list.

Don’t worry ‘bout it. No one is perfect. Iffin’ you post up on a regular point, at some point in time EVERYONE will miscount.

I don't miscount.

It might appear that I am making a mistake, but I'm just pretending to in order to see if anyone else is paying attention to the numbers.

jeebling, I only smoke the sour apple flavored White Owls.

But if you need to get rid of your other ones, send me a pm, and I can hook you up with an addy for someone who deserves them. I will drive that bus all the way there.

I do too. I've had four of sizes for this blend--never had any problems.

Have a few more of the short perfectos and I'm hoping for a better result.

So far I've liked the corona gorda best.

Suggest you get a PerfecDraw Tool for the tight draw and mebbe some pectin to help with the wrapper issue (…although it might not have helped when you’re in the midst of smoking it…).

I probably should buy a perfect draw, but I have so few problems with my cigars that I've never been able to justify the cost of one. I tried the ol paper clip trick... The wrapper split when I was rolling it around with my fingers...

After hyping this cigar maker earlier, this cigar had to have draw / burn problems halfway through. Oh well, I enjoyed the first half lol

You can get a double ended tool with a nubber on one end and a draw poker on the other for about $10 on that popular shopping site named after a rainforest.

In my experience, the PDT has paid for itself in the number of cigars it has “saved”. I’ve had for close to 10 years and don’t remember how much it cost but know I bought it before the price increase so mebbe paid $20. Despite the current price, it is a great tool and the one I have seems just as sharp now as it did when I first got it.

^^ Ol perfect draw. Yeah he’ll save a cigar. Haven’t used mine lately but it’s like insurance. It’s the only thing I’ve found to actually get a cigar going that just won’t smoke otherwise

Well balanced cool smoker with plenty of smoke, dark notes with coffee and cocoa, no bite and not harsh, a respectable med-high on strength. I really enjoy this blend and vitola.

Jake, I know…me too. But I have to take the penalty because it was a fair call. I’ll be back for the touchdown later 😂

They changed the name from F55 to Quattro Original. Funny, my band said Quattro Original, but the little sticker on the back of the cellophane still said F55.

The AR Bin #2 is good (haven't had #1). Also the Solera Sungrown. They've been discontinued but are still available in places. The Rare Collection is good too, but pricey.

And Conan, glad you said that about the PD staying sharp. I've only had mine a couple of years, but I've noticed that it is still sharp as heck. Have to be careful not to poke myself with it.

92 rated cigar which surprised me as I didn’t think the flavor was well balanced. It was predominantly a nice sour-cedar flavor and a nutty, somewhat earthy and spicy flavor developed in the second half. It is a good cigar but not so good that I will repurchase.

Lee, thanks for the info on AR. The Quattro is probably my favorite cigar. I get powerful flavors of bitter cocoa and coffee from it and the velvety wrapper is a real treat.

Highly rated cigar but 2 out of my 5 pack had burn problems and one of those had a seriously flawed wrapper. I don’t know if any 2 out of 5 tasted the same. The last 1/3rd of the stick I just burned developed a nice toasty flavor and it had a peanutty flavor in the mix. It’s supposed to be a medium strength cigar but my lips were stinging and there was an unpleasant bitter aftertaste. You don’t always get what you pay for. I was disappointed in this 5 pack.
