Hubcapped: Rule #7 - Any empty chair in any picture posted on Cigarbid may be used for the placement of one said "Hubcap". Especially one that has drinks in front of or near it. See also "Hubcap and Heg" example posted on 12/15/00. Sorry, LOL!
