Advise on humidity

Long time reader first time post,I'am from the houston area where humidity is'nt a problem with the wrapper.I went on a vacation where the humidity was 15 to 20% and the wrapper unraveled,advise please!!!

I took a Dor' with me, but after 15 to 20 min. on the golf course they unraveled
