I haven't heard a lot about how these cigars taste. If I'm a Maduro fan especially Padron, CAO, Perdomo would I like Partagas Black?

I didn't think much of these. Nothing special. I thought they would have had a fuller flavor than they did. They are a beautiful cigar to look at though. I still have a few taking a nap. Will check on them at a later date.

Mine seem to have mellowed out. Maybe I'll have another tonight just to see.

I've won a 5'er of pyramids and look forward to trying them. I really like the Partagas line. They seem real creative.

Partagas Black is one of my favorites, like the larger ring size, spicy full flavor and they are damn beautiful cigars. I also like Padron and CAO!!! You should like them! Charlie

I tried a one when they came out and I thought it was a little harsh. Maybe I was disappointed because they looked absoutely perfect, very well made. I'll bet with some age they will mellow. Put some away and send me some in a few months!

Thanks for the info, I think I'll try some. Just had a CAO eXtreme Belicoso last night and holy sh*t is that a great cigar. One of the strongest cigars I've ever had, if only CAO made an extreme Maduro!!!

Meanie, "Paint it Black" so to speak. Maybe spray some Flat Black spray and it will be better than your run of the mill Acid!!! I happen to like the Patagas Black and I am going to go outside and smoke a PB Pyramid/Torpedo!!! Charlie

To me Acids are a change of pace cigar, not my everyday type.Once,in Vegas,I had a good looking buxom waitress kinda following me around, smelling the smoke of my Acid. So don't sell them short. Got alot of drinks that nite,I think. Some of the nite is fuzzy in my memory.

I have tried Acid a few times in the past and always found it quite enjoyable. The only distasteful part was the way it makes your stomach feel, of course the waitress helped it feel better!

Tried a Black robusto a few weeks back and had to lay down for a couple hours. STRONG! Has anyone won the 3pk w/ the pouch? By the picture, it looks like you get a better pouch with a pack of Big League Chew.

Yo delarob: Won the 3pk./pouch awhile back for $21.00. It arrived in a package with a price of $19.95 on it,made me an overbidder couln't sleep for six weeks LOL. The sticks are aging in my humidor and a far as the pouch it's made of soft engraved ( Partagas Label ) leather and plastic liner with a ziplock fastener. I have quite a few cigar cases and would not hesitate to you this pouch while wearing a suit or sports jacket, now all I have to do is buy me a suit or sports jacket as I sold my last ones to pay off my CBid tab LOL. Just smoked my first Partagas Black Label Bravo 41/2x54, and it was fantastic! Beautiful looking cigar dark brown oily sheen, easy to light, easy draw, starts off light spice - woody and nutty under tones, 1/3 into cigar spices build up with a slight chocolate under tone, 1/2 way thru to finish heavy spice taste, nice even burn and solid gray ash. Thinking about replacing Indian Tabac Maduro with these as my go to cigar, I'll make my decision after I try the two I have (Clasico 51/2x54 - Magnifico 6x54) sitting in my humidor. JonR

After smoking two Black Label pyramids over the past month, I've added these to my weekend smokes. It's a beautiful, big ring smoke with a great ash. I really like the Partagas line and this is one of their best. It really doesn't compare to a Partagas maduro, which I find sweeter. (I prefer the Padron maduro, which is not as sweet.) The Black Label has a full, up front flavor you can get your thoughts around. My only complaint is that they are too strong to smoke well on a re-light.
