I just got a new home air cleaner/ionizer unit. Spouse is real happy. Anyway, has anyone any information regarding will the ionization unit affect my hoard? Since it cleans the air, etc. would the cigars be affected by this? If it is supposed to get rid of "odors" in the carpets, drapes, etc. would it get into my humidors and possibly affect them?...69

Fuby,Watch for people in household getting headaches. I read that ionizer units are not regulated for the amount of ozone they put into the air. Too much ozone causes them. X

Oh my God! You didn't just fire that up did you? At least you posted for help, that's good. First off: That unit will make the meter spin faster than any of those side show plate spinners that Ed Sullivan used to employ. Brace yourself for the bad news. Since you've already used the ionizer then you'll have to send ALL of your sticks to me for proper inspection. Who knows with any luck maybe some of them could be salvaged(with my patented method!)and even sent back for you to enjoy. I only wish that you would've posted here before you plugged it in. Remember, I'm not like the rest of these guys that just want free cigars to smoke. I'm actually providing you a service. Not only that but just for my CI friends...I'll waive my $59.99 fee. "If you're not happy, then who is?", that's our motto! See, how's that for unabashed capitialism. Remember to tell them that you heard it here first on the Roller Derby....

YIKES... am sending all 'gars to eleltea. Course since you are paying postage I have to tell you that I have a footlocker converted to a humidor, lined with cedar. Also, 6 large humidors, 120 count, an acrylic case that I built (holds 12 boxes) and 2-250 count humidors. Hope your cc will take the hit......hehe.....xibbumbero...now that you mention it I have been tending to start getting a slight headache in the evenings...but am going through some other health problems and have attributed it to them..will check that out for sure..thanks...69

X....Just took back a $300 "death" machine. After reading that article I mentioned in prior post I took the machine back....Thanks, sincerely, for the heads up. After that article, I don't see how these machines can be sold. I took a copy of the article to the store, can't mention the name as it might be a competing site...hehe... the manager looked at it and said he was going to have his boss take it up with the owners...darn, wish Slim would give more details on how to manage these posts so they don't run together...oh well..since i ain't dead yet am going to fire up a just received Ashton maduro, crack new bottle of Jack Daniels and contemplate my navel...or at least LGC's navel...till wife comes home anyway....69

Sounds like you owe your life to X. I read your article. It wasn't as stimuating as the pictures of the fake LGC Girl but it was informative. Sounds like you can safely smoke in the house put the machine on a timer and let it run for a few hours and when you return a week later your house will be safe and smellin fresh. LOL
