being a double no-no'er..cigars and cigarettes, after smoking a really great cigar makes the next couple cigarettes taste really good.

Quiting cigarettes made my cigars taste better.

It wasn't until I quit cigarettes that I started to notice some of the subtle flavors in my cigars. Barry

Wow! Do you keep a chew in while you're smoking?

my comment is "no comment" ... I haven't touched a cigarette in more than 25 years and have absolutely NO desire to do so ... stopped smoking a pipe almost 20 years ago and only smoked the good stuff since ... cigs are the furthest thing from good stuff on the planet ... they're the roll-end remnants and the floor sweepings of the tobacco world, not suitable for anything else, then sprayed with all sorts of who-knows-what sort of chemicals to enrich the nicotine content, and create a uniform taste for the brand ... and harsh? .. oh, my ... I find myself surprised you'd even want to touch them after smoking a good cigar.

For maximum effect, alternate puffs from the cigar and cigarette, with a plug of Days Work in one cheek and a pinch of Copenhagen between the gum and cheek, chewing a Nicorette, while sniffing a good dry snuff up the nose, wearing a patch on the shoulder, and maintaining a firm grip on a nictoine suppository. Awesome!

Would cognac or single malt scotch be the best drink to go with that? Any particular brand better than another? Or is there some other beverage you think would be even better ??

I would suggest Orange Kool-Aid aged at least 10 to 12 minutes. LOL JonR
