I have sent 2 emails to custoner service about a box of Caleyes Churchill (25)that I won on 06-03 were shipped on 06-07 & I received 06-14. I couldnt draw through these things & sent an email within days of receiving them asking about return policy & explaining my problem. No reply. Sent another e-mail yesterday after about a week passed & still no reply. Is this thier normal way of business here at Cigarbid.com? The e-mail prompt says to expect a 24 hour period for a reply. It has been over a week. Anyone have any suggestions about this? I guess if I don't hear somthing soon I will try to call them from my work during business hours. Man this sure isn't any way to run a railroad IMHO.

Forget e-mail. Call the 1-800 number. They have responed excellently to any problem I have had. If it is not somewhere on this site look on the Cigars International site for it.
The CS here is wonderful!

Daveyg2,
For real, I couldn't draw through these cigars. I even cut them in two to try to smoke them but it didn't help at all. With a lot of fource you can get a "little" smoke & the cigar just stays lit. That is it. I have had many hard to draw cigars in my day but this box exceeds anything I have ever seen. They seem to have shrunk up & tightened up.

I'd have called first, but to each his own. The Cust Serv here is the tops as far as I'm concerned. Occ., I have had a email gone awry, but it happens.

Greg, I bought 4 5-packs of Caleyes Churchills for $4 each. I overpaid. The first two I could not get a single puff out of. It was like they were made of a solid piece of wood. The third one drew a little better, and the best I can say about it is that it was not horrible. I give them away to people I don't like that much, with a little warning that they may not be able to smoke it. With all the gags about Lone Wolf, which I have never tried, I bet the Caleyes Churchill would make it look like an Opus X.

I'm sorry to say that neither of your emails was received. As you know from our responses to previous emails, we make every effort to answer quickly. I reviewed all of my incoming email from you and found that the only ones I received were the ones I responded to. They didn't include anything about the Caleyes from that order. Please give me a call at 888-244-2790, ext 231 so we can get this resolved quickly. I'm very sorry for the miscommunication, but we'll get it resolved immediately. Thanks!
