Somehow, I think this could be the least responded to posting ever ... unless it gets thread-jacked, of course.

I would like to know, however, if anyone on here happens to live in Utah ...

yes, there are ... oddly enough, however, there are actually more Mormons in CA than there are in UT ... In asking the question, I'd hoped to find some fellow herfers who live in UT, whether they're Mormon herfers or non- ... got a specific question to ask, if I can find one (or more)

Mean ... you must be talking about Zion, Bryce Canyon, Arches National Parks and Castle Rock (emerges out of Lake Powell). Very cool places.

Did you know that the state of Utah has more National Parks than any other in the US? Five in all ... and I'll be headed out that way in a couple of weeks for a ten day vacation.

We will mainly be staying at Fish Lake, which is a large natural lake, 6 miles long and 1 mile wide, situated 8,800 feet up in the heavily forested Fishlake Mountains. The lake is a bit too cold for swimming, but it has a good reputation for large lake trout (mackinaw), Rainbow Trout, Brown Trout, Perch, Tiger Muskie, Cutthroat Trout and a hybrid lake and eastern brook trout known as a Splake. In the surrounding area are some good hiking and biking trails also ...

I can't wait! I even won me one of those 'Big Butt' cigar lures I'm going to try out ... hehehe!

LMAO! I hiked in Zion and whitewater rafted in Moab. We determined the word "Moab" is indian for "damn the water is cold!" Have a great vacation and good luck with that fat ass lure! I mean big butt

the reason you have more national parks in Utah, is because Clinton when he was president made an unplanned stop there because of engine problems with his plane, and while he was there sat up a podium and declared 38% of the state as Federal land.

no one lives in utah. many people reside there, but no one actually lives in utah. if you are not able to drive to an ocean for the day, you are a martha stewart fan.

Rick, Thats kinda harsh.LOL Have you looked at a map of the US? Theres a lot of people included in your statement.
Have you seen Martha's house? With that house and all her money. I would gladly settle for a frumpy wife.
I was in an airliner that flew over Utah a couple of times. Here, all the "mountains" have a road leading to the top.

I just emailed Rick some pictures of Utah. Let's see what he has to say about it being too far from the ocean now ...

Personally ... I think it does just fine without one! Hehehehe!
