Bid on some fresh rolled wheels and noticed the guy I was going to out bid (didn't autobid) had commented "smoke me chump" After I had won my lot went back and checked to see what everyone else had paid and noticed this same individual (same comment)had bid on all 10 lots. I think he did it just to make everyone else pay what he had to because I can't believe anyone would want 500 wheels. I hope he enjoys the 150 he won.

is this the chap? RL of Porterville, CA $43.00 3 of 4 Jul 23, 12:02 PM EST

if it is, it does not seem out of line, less than a buck a cigar, for something he likes. i have bought as many as 200 cigars in a lot, but "smoke me, chump" does seem a little competitive.

he better not say anything bad about my family if he and i are in competition.

Rick, he wasn't refering to your family. It said chump not Chimp.
This is an auction site folks. You may get outbid. If you think others are "cheating", just let em win a few big lots. Their credit cards will be full, their wife will leave them and their dog will bite them. In the mean time, you can bid on one bundle next week.

I saw one guy use that line in the comments section.

It was in the last lot of Gringo III packs. The high bid was at something like 16.00 with a couple of non-auto bidders in the auction. This guys comes crashing in with a NON-AUTO bid of $25.00

His comment read "SMOKE ME". My immediate reaction was the come back that I never smoke defective cigars! ;o) Too bad you can't add comments anytime you want to your bid. ;o)

The "Fresh rolled wheels" of Perdomo are excellent smokes. I just order them from CI as they are such a good deal. The torpedo is well made, has a great draw and is medium to full on strength with a spicy taste! What more can you ask for roll of 50 at 85 bucks!!! Makes my heart skip a beat to think about them..........Charlie

Those Perdomo Reserve #4 Maduros are excellent so I am not surprised that these "Wheels" are also high quality even at the price.

Rick we know what you smoke, so we dont bid on your lot!
To thread above, I mentioned there are some resalers and the bid only to a point where its profitable for them to sale on other websites, so the cheapest way for them reg.shipping is to get the whole lot!

There must be another RL of Porterville, I checked my bid log for that lot and I didn't bid on 4 items. I have only left one comment in bid since I've been bidding. It was on a box of El Rico Habano Club. I quoted the price of Cigars International's Habano Club.
Further more I would Never comment "smoke me chump". I do buy a lot of cigars. I smoke 6 - 14 a day. I have two 1500 cigar humidors. Whether I spend $100 a week or $1000 month on cigars, it is none of anybody’s business. I do not sell cigars. I do give them away to clients and friends. I will bid on any cigar at the price I want to pay for it, regardless of who else is bidding on, that’s just life. I do bid on Perdomo Fresh-Rolled Wheels. They are a very good smoke. It takes a month or two in the humidor to bring them back from being dried out in shipping. I do not dominate bids or overpay just to keep other bidders out. I simply bid what I feel like paying for cigars I want.
If anyone would like to talk about what happened or about cigars and cigar herfs email me at: [email protected]
