It really pains me to say this, because I am a big fan of Drew Estates, but my experience with this was truly unpleasant. The aroma of this cigar is wonderful, like fresh gingerbread. I wanted to eat it rather than smoke it. The wrapper had a sickening sweet taste when I first put it in my mouth. The biggest problem was the burn, man it was like it had chunks of asbestos in the wrapper and my triplex just couldn't get those spots to ignite. Finally, the smoke itself didn't taste so spicy (no circus in my mouth), but it tasted like the smoke from one of those Sumatran wrapped boom cigars like a Tamboril. About 1/4 of the way I gave up on this, even though I really wanted to like it. Maybe others in the line are better. I'd love to hear anyone else's experience with this surreal cigar. I think I need to stick with the Natural line as far as DE is concerned.

Too bad it didn't work for you. I'll wait till they are $20.00 a bundle before I try one now.
Can we be assured that you actually did put a circus in your mouth for a fair comparison?

I tried smoking a circus once ... if you think dog-rockets are bad, wait 'til you try elephant-rockets ... those babies are a real 'big-ring' experience.
