Bought one -- smoked it yesterday evening and it lived up to the hype; but take a 1964 and let it rest for 6 months, and you'll have the same thing IMHO. The light was just right out on the back porch and the crystals were aplenty. Great construction as usual and mountains of smoke; smoked to the nub and licked my fingers afterward. Had the torpedo (6x52?) @ $17+ (tax incl). Will not buy again unless I simply can't wait for my box of 1964 Exclusivo Maddies to mature...(about 4 more months...)

jd1, I haven't had the pleasure of the 1926 yet but I'm sure my time will come. The general opinion that I've been able to pick up is that most think that they aren't as good as the Ann. I wonder if it's the price that dictates that review? BTW, send me 16 of those Ann. that you're aging and I'll smoke 1 a week and let you know when they are ready. LOL Barry

Barry; They are every bit as good and I think slightly better than the 64 line. BUT, I've had a 64 with over 6 months humi time and honestly can't tell the difference. Actually, I think more humi time on the 64 actually brings out more spice. I always thought the 64s were overpriced until I was able to turn a slot machine windfall into a box of Exlusivo Maduros (the rest $ went to the "warden"; but the 26 are just too much $$$ for what you get. ...and my 64 anni maddies are so pretty sleeping like that...

jd1, I found a place that has the Anniv. line at a "reasonable" price when they have them in stock. The Corona Nat @$6.80, Mad. @$8.80. I think right now they have the Diplimatico also. If interested , [email protected] for the add. Barry

The blend is supposed to be aged about 5 years; not sure about the wrapper; I'd still take two VSG corona gordas at $8/each instead of the anni 26.
