...or at least, somebody with enough disposable cash to afford a disappointing (understatement of the year) baseball team on the south side of town?

We're looking for somebody with Steinbrenner cash (or at least, savvy). By the way, we'll even throw in the Bulls as a bonus. Hoop-de-doo!

Unfortunately, Reinsdorf is loyal to the point of absurdity. Has kept Krause long after he wore out his welcome with the Bulls. Now we've got the same problem with Manuel and K. Williams (on the Sox). I've never seen this with any other organization in sports (although it probably exists to a lesser degree).

Thanks for comisserating, Charlie. Maybe we Chicago fans are loyal to absurdity too. LOL

Baseball SUCKS in San Diego. I'm moving to AZ to be by my Steve Finley. He can do no wrong. Wait, he has a house a few miles down the road in Del Mar...nah, I'll stick it out here...maybe he'll take a cue from me and 'come back' again, LOL!

Padreds keep coming up with great young pitching talent and then they ruin their arms by rushing them to the big show too fast! They are in a damn tough division (NL West)! Charlie
