cruiser - I received a bundle of the Maduro Torpedo's about a week before I went on vacation. I took the whole bundle with me and shared them with my brother and cousins while fishing. They were very well received ...

I really like the maduro ... one dynamite cigar. It's full of flavor, and just the right body.

For $20 a bundle (at CI) ... you can't go wrong with this one.

I agree. these are mighty tasty. Had one last night (robusto) and it was great. Medium to full bodied with a great volume of smoke.

I hear ya Bud! I got a bundle last week. Mighty fine for the price. In a few weeks the price will go back down after they forget about them.

Bud (and GYO) ... just go to Cigarsinternational, and buy them all day for $19.95 to $22.95 a bundle.

I know for a fact that they have literally thousands of them ...

Thanks Slim, I just scraped under the CI price. But those smokes are a good bargain at CI retail. When I can get 25 smokes for less than 20 bucks I usually try em. Those bidders are almost at the point where GG7 will have to revive the over-bid post. LOL Oh ya, I fell for the "hurry and buy em before we run out" line. Glad to hear about the stockpile.
Also anything with the word Maduro next to it sells like crazy on this site.

I guess we should be grateful for the stupid overbidders, since they make this site possible for all of us! Geeze, do some damn research! Doesn't matter, there are those who will still not get it and keep financing our fun! Charlie

I wanna know who's bidding on the empty wooden boxes and WHAT are THEY doing with them (still no cigarbox purses in production here...can we say procrastination?)?

e-, I've got an absolutely terrific looking empty wooden box you can use for the 'pilot purse' in the line if you'd like to be the one to produce them ...

oh, and as for what guys are doing with them, well, I guess the answers are as many and varied as those who buy them, but I've taken some apart and used them to line the interior of a Tupperware tub to create a pretty well-functioning "Travel-Tupperware-a-dor" ... it's light weight and will accomodate approx 100 cigars and even has a nice built-in handle in the lid, coutesy of the nice folks at Tupperware ... gotta love it, especially when you consider I've got less than $10 invested.

I lined an old icechest with cigar box panels, and I store my sticks in a cooler w/ them too. good for 5 packs, and samplers.

Haven't tried one. You guys make 'em sound too good to be true. Says here they are mixed filler, though. Any problem with them holding together?

Cruiser, have you been drinking? I can't understand your posts. Maybe its the accent. LOL
BMW, Mixed filler just means they use leaves from different countries to make the cigar. Like cruiser said as long as they are long filler they do not fall apart. Unless you are sitting on them again!
I gotta go to work. This sucks!
