Hey Folks! I'm a newbie to the posting boards, but not the auctions, and I'm wondering whether anyone else has experienced trouble with customer service. A 5-pack of tubos arrived dented and emails have gotten no response. Is either common? Thanks in advance, -- Mike Z.

Ditto to Steve S.; however, I have had customer service take a tad long to respond to an e-mail. When that happened, CS said that they had not received my email. I will say that once the problem had been relayed to CS, Trish and crew at c-bid went out of their way to accomadate and make good on their products and service. Good luck and thanks to customer service!!

how you feeling Keith. And thanks for that custom smoke. I'm waiting for a good moment to pull it out. I just had a tooth pulled today and they told me not to smoke for 3 days or risk a dry socket. What a drag

My dad usually doesn't smoke cigars, but he enjoyed a HDM Epicure #2 (his first ISOM) and an Andros earlier this week while we relaxed watching the TV in the Florida room on dual recliners as a heavy storm pounded around us...We're doing just fine..Just waiting until next Friday morning for the transplant..Everything is a go!..Sux waiting though..This wait is kinda nerve-wracking..My brother and wife are coming down here on the 21st, so I'm really looking forward to it..Did some fishing the last two days and caught a couple of nice sized bass..Caught some lizards too..LOL..They're everywhere!

Rookie,

You should do a little Snook fishing while you are down here. The summer bite is on but it's catch and release only, due to the closed season.

The Tarpon bite is also on just south of you at Boca Grande pass. Hooking into one of those fish is something you would never forget. Best wishes next Friday.

If you have ever had a dry socket, you wouldn't want another. I am debating having a smoke right now, but I am afraid to go through that again. But I don't think I can hold out for 3 days. It's been almost 24 hours now, and I'm weakening

Danny, tell the dentist to give you a prescription for Vicodin. You'll be so zonked you won't even think about cigars.

Danny, I was a Dental Assistant many moons ago...you can actually put a wet teabag (no, not THAT kind of teabag!) directly onto the extraction site.

The teabag has healing properties in the leaves (hmmm...wouldn't the leaves in the 'gars do the same?) that help with clotting...and possibly may keep the smoke away from doing any damage...but don't hold me to it! Every case is different.

Hey Folks, I have had 3 problems with CigarBid orders with one I didn't even blame on them. Trish, who I saw mentioned early, just took care of them.

No problems, no hassle, quick turnaround, and no complaints from me. I just wish my company had customer service that was this good.
