TD ... while it is not a rule, per se, there is a long-standing tradition that requires new members of the group to send out a cigar to each established member. We will accept any cigar you opt to send, but you should know that we will base our opinions of you on the quality of the cigar you send.

The photo is a fake. Notice the similarity in the thread title to the one used by "LGCGirl"? This could be the same guy!
