Week one is in the books and in our CB pool, Huskey correctly picked the winners in 13 of the 16 games (2 better than anyone else) to win himself a cigar from each of the other players ... nice job, Huskey ...

Wish a few more of you guys with an interest in the NFL would join us and make it even more interesting ... CJBully, JJohnson, CWilhelmi, Bullwinkle and Charlie ... you guys have all demonstrated an interest and I know from your posts, that you're watching the games ... why not make it even more fun and join cigarsmoke, cruiser, Danno114, donutboy2000, FBCoachO, guv, huskey, jd1, Rickamaven, tailgater, Xrundog and myself in our little pool ??

OK, Bullwinkle is in ... I've got his picks for week two ...

i'd like to, but with work being the way it is right now and for the unforseen future, there is no guarantee i'll be able to get the picks back at you in time or at all every week. that wouldn't be fair to the rest of the group... thanx

Not trying to twist anyone's arm, but if that's your only issue, it's not a problem ... we're sending the winners their cigars at the end of weeks 4, 8, 12 and 17 in order to minimize trips to the post office ...

If you'd like to be in, drop a line ... we'd be happy to have you and everyone would understand if stuff from you turned up a little late ... 'course, you'd not be able to slip any Lone Wolfs past anyone if it was the only package in the mailbox ... lol
