Hey guys and dolls,

Have a quick question I love any of the ashton aged maduros esp. #30, #10's

My question is to me they are my fav. smoke, but a little to much money to fill my hummi. with a box or two has anybody found a smoke close to this line? And if you have what is it and how much have you paid?

Thanks for the help,

Dan (THE NEW GUY)

Tough to beat one of the best, Ashton and Padron Ann. are my favorite maduros, but you are right, very expensive.
Try the El Rey Del Mundo "double maduro", about 3 bucks a pop, a great smoke for the money. Big seller at the "other" big cigar retailer.

The El Rey Del Mundo Rubusto Supremo is a very good inexpensive smoke.

La Luna Maduro Fuerte. You want smooth try the Altivo 8 X 52,yeah it's huge but IMO you won't be disapointed.H*ll every size is good and has it's own different profile so to speak.Give em a try,CI even has 5 pks or they come up here from time to time.

My everyday smoke is Puros Indios Toro Maduro...about $2.20 a stick. It's a good size cigar at 6x52 and think they taste great!

I too love the Puros Indios mentioned, but let's face it, a completely different cigar compared to the Ashton Maduro. I know this is going to sound populist, but I tell you as far as maduros go, Macanudo maduro is right behind Ashton maduro for me. I am not so keen on the other macanudo lines, but their maduro is top notch.

IMHO the Altivos smoke like a PAM at 1/4 the price.

I've said it before and I'll say it again - I agree with Aberdeen on the Mac Maduros (Mad Macs?). These have no harshness whatsoever and a rich maduro flavor.
