The 2nd Annual Mobile Alabama Bayfest Herf is coming up quick. The first one was a ton of fun and we want the second to be even better. So mark your calendars and plan to make it.
The big day is October 5th and the location will be just as last year at Drayton place, right smack dab in the middle of all the Bayfest fun.
You can check out the herf site at www.draytonplace.com and while your looking at the place check out the balcony overlooking the bar and restaurant, that’s where we’ll be doing our best to smoke the place up.
They have an unbelievable selection of beer and ports there and the food is pretty good too. As of right now the cost of will be 20 bucks a pop, that will cover some eats, port and hopefully a goody bag of smokes. Rumor also has it that the famed Abitaman may show up with a good sampling of his wares as well.
Now for anyone that hasn’t heard of Bayfest, it’s an outdoor music festival held in the streets of downtown Mobile Alabama the first weekend of October every year. There will be bands of every description so there’s not doubt everyone should be able to find something they want to go see. It lasts all weekend so make your reservations and stay for the whole deal. They also do a pretty good job with Family areas and acts so bring the whole clan.
