Yeah, I did too, but I also noticed that three (3) of top 10 worst places to live were in Indiana!!! Is it that miserable there or is Gary, IN just considered South side of Chicago! LMAO!

Indianapolis is the worst place for a cigar lover to live. You go to the big race with your cigar only to be informed you will never smoke another cigar again because it makes his wife sick at which point they realize they are sitting in the wrong seats.
Too many stupid people. PD and Dinky excluded of coarse.

What a joke both of those lists are!

Not one city in New Jersey on the worst list! The Bronx didn't make it? Downtown Detroit? Pittsburgh? Boston? Gimmie a break.

Boy, Key West sure isn't on the healthiest either. How much did these cities have to pay out to make this list?

Charlie,
I'm a lifetime Chicago South sider and I disagree with your comparison to Gary. You must have only past through certain parts of the South side (where it can be rough), but I grew up in a great neihborhood on the Southeast side and now reside on the lovely Southwest side of the city (near Evergreen Park and Beverly).

Take it back Charlie!

KY

Sorry to offend you, as I enjoy the Blues very much and have spent some great times on Chicago's South side! Poor reference, as I know that the entire South side is not representative of the really tough area of town!

You should head out the far south west suburbs, Plainfield can be vicious! All this corn is terrifying.

Charlie,

No offense taken. I failed miserably at attempting to be somewhat funny in my post. After re-reading my post, I see it would take a microscope to spot the intended humor. Have a great weekend!

KY is probably about ten minutes from me (I'm near Oak Lawn)...The southside is probably the best area as far as Chicago goes...Chicago in general is the pits personally...I'd rather stay in the burbs personally...I'd have to agree on Gary, IN being a crappy area...Used to be Murder capital of the US a few years before Washington DC took that honor..LOL

Gary, IN...Professor Harold Hill's hometown. lol. Actually, I don't know if it's still true, but it was the most segregated city in America a couple of years ago according to the stat mongers. I think Boston and Chicago are happenin towns. I love visiting those places. Especially Boston. Always visit Sam's on North and Sheffield in Chi Town
