Bought some closeouts called Centurion that were absolutely horrible ... bad enough to make Lone Wolfs taste like Opus Xs ... after those babies sat for about 9 months in the humi, I tried another and found it was much improved ... nowhere near as good as a Lone Wolf, mind you, but much improved ...
In about June or July of this year, my next door neighbor whose taste in both wine and cigars is totally non-descriminate came over with a box of his favorite wine wanting to celebrate his new job ... I told him this called for cigars, so I gave him a Centurion (and quietly got myself something else that was similar enough looking to pass in the dim light of evening on my patio) ... he couldn't quit oooohing and aaaahing over what a good cigar it was, so I gave him some to take home ... I've got one left now, saving it as a big treat for his next special occasion ...
That cigar is still no good, of course ... a silk purse cannot be made from a sows ear and a premium cigar cannot be made from a total dog rocket no matter how much humi time it's been given ... BUT, even the worst dog-rocket can be made good enough to warrant a "10" rating from my neighbor ...
