Any experence with these lighters? The first one I got had no spark and the second one won't hold a flame. Could I have two bad ones in a row or is there a trick it?

There's a law passed in 1965, the more you pay for a lighter, the worse it works. Try a bic!...Russ

russ_rfh is dead on. When I used cheap lighters, no problems. Once I bought Colibri's, all sorts of problems, can't imagine what'll happen when I get a Dunhill...

Ditto. I have a volcano lighter, it works sporatically. Got frustrated and bought a cheap butane lighter that the finish has already chipped off, but it works perfectly. Matches of course is always a reliable alternative.
