Rick, are you turning our addresses over to the Worldwide Jewish Conspiracy, Illuminati, Freemasons, or Rosicrucians? If my blood is going to be drunk for Samhain, Hanukkah, or International Rotarian Day I need to take my vitamins.

Actually, I got that bit of silliness from Carles Portis' hilarious novel MASTERS OF ATLANTIS.

Gr8...Cantors! Is it still hanging in there? I lived for the pastrami on rye, mustard only, dill pickle on the side. I tried the matzo ball soup. They didn't get it right...not like mom's. Big matzo ball in the middle of a shallow bowl of soup. But I was away from home for the first time back in 83 so it was the best I could find in L.A. Their kreplach was pretty good for a deli.
My wife has finally matzo ball soup down pretty close. But she likes to use onion soup base. I prefer just chicken, water salt, and about a whole bunch of tennis ball sozed matzo balls. But she does well for a goyeh.
Well to my landsmen...Lang Leben Zolt Ir.
