Rick, that site is filled with the most absolute drivel imaginable ... neither you or any other intelligent person could possibly believe one bit of it.

I know you get as big a kick out of tweaking ol' GWB as most of us ever got out of tweaking Clinton, but this stuff is utterly lacking in humor ... it appears as if the Website owner is actually serious, but only the totally brain-dead or those with sub-75 IQs could put any credence whatsoever in this utter bilge.

Rick,

After reading some of your posts, I realize you have an unusual distrust and even hatred for George W. But after reading the articles in the web site, I must ask you if you believe what Thoreau writes? I found it to be degrading, unintellectual, and offensive. I consider myself an open-minded person who will debate a topic on facts first. You seem to be an educated person, Rick, where has your mistrust and hatred toward our President come from?

"Rick, where has your mistrust and hatred toward our President come from?"

a reasonably well researched look into his background and an inate ability to tell when someone is fibbing, lying or about to hand me a bad check.

i have had one bad check handed to me in 35 years in my business, i knew it was bad, i didn't care.

i'm sorry you were offended by it. does that mean you think it is all wrong?

have you read anything about bushe's background as an inside trader, a failed businessman who was and is constantly rescued by wealthy men, who are rewarded by his politics? since you are a more reasonable person, i would be delighted to continue our conversation, whether we agree or not.

In short, NONE of the ten are factual ... you and I and any other person capable of rational thought know it ... ALL are totally ridiculous and without any merit whatever ... they are every single one nothing but utter babble

i wish you were correct. why would someone like me, bright, articulate, handsome believe that they are pretty accurate. am i biased? why? where did my sense of reason go? how have i been brainwashed to think that bush and his political agenda are all wrong? why am i blind to his obvious merits? why don't i accept the fact that clinton and gore are the reason the stock market is falling? why do i think the chickenhawks are bad people? why don't i recognize that bush's failure to comply with his military orders is normal? am i a bitter old man?

Q: why would someone like me, bright, articulate, handsome believe that they are pretty accurate?
A: That is pretty much MY question for you ...

Q: am i biased?
A: It would seem so, judging from what you post.

Q: why?
A: I don't have any idea ...

Q: where did my sense of reason go?
A: again, this is part my question for you

Q: how have i been brainwashed to think that bush and his political agenda are all wrong?
A: I don't know that brainwashing is required ... I feel strongly that the liberal agenda is all wrong ... we simply have disparite points of view

Q: why am i blind to his obvious merits?
A: predisposed to dislike him ... nothing he does will change that

Q: why don't i accept the fact that clinton and gore are the reason the stock market is falling?
A: Blame for economic falloff is no more the "fault" of the Clinton administration than the credit for the previous strength was ... economic cycles are in constant motion independent of the party in office plus, the tech-based economy had far more to do with both up and down swings than anything else.

Q: why do i think the chickenhawks are bad people?
A: I don't know

Q: why don't i recognize that bush's failure to comply with his military orders is normal?
A: I'm not familiar in detail with the "failure" you speak of, but based on what I DO know, I must say it has FAR less to do with his qualifications as President than Clinton's leading of anti-US demonstrations in Moscow. Clinton's actions could very justifiably been considered treasonous.

Q: am i a bitter old man?
A: bitter? ... I don't really think so ... a bit fixated, perhaps ... old? ... that depends on who you ask. We each tend to think of someone that is 15 or more years older than ourselves as being "Older" ... a 20ish youngster would look at e-Chick as an "older woman" while you and I see her as being almost a kid ... but since you asked me, no ... not old.

"a failed businessman who was and is constantly rescued by wealthy men" Doesn't that apply to Cinton too? Whitewater and Mark Rich. The poor were not buying presidential pardons.

People, people.
Please don't burst Ricks bubbles with facts and reasoning. The liberals of this world don't like it very much.
Cripes, Ricks still thinks that Bush somehow "stole" the election. Despite a billion recounts that prove otherwise...

a trillion dollars spent on white water and for nothing. why don't you check out who bush1 pardoned when he was leaving office.

if you really care, do your own research. suffice to say, it wasn't all that good, but it doesn't get mentioned.

"A trillion dollars on whitewater" For nothing?

Hmmmmmm, seems Richard here has taken to stretching the truth much like his mentor Al Gore.If I'm not mistaken it was closer to 48 million and resulted in 15 convictions/guilty pleas, a host of lowlifes skipping the country to avoid prosecution and an impeached president.Nothing??? Oh there's more but we wouldn't want to get any facts in the way, would we?

I will support and obey my Commander in Chief, no matter what his beliefs are and whether or not I think he is right or wrong. That is my duty. The majority of the American people elected him sas our President, therefore I musy accept that.

Hey Rick, handsome as well! You've got it all!

Further discussion on Bush is not going to change your opinion of him, to be truthful, I'm not a big fan anyway. But how can you discount a debate using your same rhetoric and subplanting Clinton for GWB? Both have less than steller backgrounds, although I would have to give GWB high marks for his record as a Texas Gov. Clinton's record was shakey at best in the same roll.

As far as Whitewater goes, let's use Iran-Contra instead of Whitewater. More taxpayer money went into investigating Iran-Contra than whitewater with almost nothing found. Both were used as political spears by the respective parties. How can you deplore one situation without recognizing the other. Only a biased person would argue that case. Rick, you are a biased person, whether you want to admit it or not.

Hillary was up to her neck in Whitewater and she and Bill were enriched as a result of what she did ... the McDougalds went to prison and the Clintons should rightfully have been their cellmates ... let's don't pretend that "nothing was found" ...

The plain unvarnished truth is, that had any of us done a fraction of what the Clintons have done, we'd be in prison ... and rightfully, they SHOULD be.
