I thought the same thing; I was afraid you had the thing running in reverse! Have you tried the Cameroon Legend maduros?
Hey, I think that thing is trying to say something.

From the looks of things, I think the wrong end was lit. But I'm sure Slim will set the record straight for us.

Yeah, from the looks of the picture you'd think the wrong end was lit. Bt no, the ends are the same on both sides. So when one side was cut, it made it look kind of backwards. But I can assure you I know whch end is which. I think I've done this a few times before.Hey Cliffie3d, I didn't even notice the end looked like a mouth. Nice perception. It actually was speaking to me that night. I haven't tried the maduro's yet. Any significant difference?

So, it's a 'torpedo', and not a 'belicoso' ...

Belicoso's are already cut at the foot, and a Torpedo is pointed at both ends!

... it does look kind of funny, though ...

I haven't tried the maduro yet. I hear they're good. And they're also great conversationalists.

Slim, I actually thought belicoso, torpedo, and pyramid were all very similar in shape. I thought it had to do with whether or not the cigar tapers the entire length or tapers a couple of inches then is straight. I thought a perfecto was tapered at both ends, and a figurado is a general term for any shapes. Where am I wrong here?

I knew immediately what this is ... I've got two in my humidor ... had three for a while, but couldn't resist any longer and smoked one ... it's a very good cigar.
