The note is from Abe, the proprietor of the shop, it reads "Please enjoy these rare and special cigars!"

I thought it was a nice touch. I hear he sends a hand written note with every order. Very simple, classy, personalized touch to what would otherwise be an impersonal electronic transaction over the internet.
