will he leave peacefully lol? what are you insinuating he is going to do. im not voting for him but i think as long as things arent too bad, he will get reelected. americans have become so complacement. if the masses have enough money to eat drink and ****, he will get another term. Sadly, there is a large portion of educated people who will vote for him for some unknown reason. common sense isnt so common i guess.

i dont think the republicans have anyone who is a good enough orator to beat obama.

Did ANYONE go to the Gallup link?

The Kenyan King is losing major ground in almost every bastion state!

NH HATES them some Odumba! NH???

You KNOW it's bad when that liberal little state is fed up.

The Kenyan King just might find himself in a runoff with Clinton or Dean. He's done. America won't be putting that tool back in office.

Don't ever doubt the ignorance of Americans. I say he has got a real shot at it if things turn around even a little 6 months before election.

Also a vote for Ron Paul is a wasted vote, the right needs to find someone that will grab the stupid people in the middle that can't decide on way or another.

This is the stupidest thing I' think I've ever read here in this forum NOT coming from Rick.

The "stupid people" as you put it gave this nation Obama. The idiots that thought Tina Fey was Palin and bought it. The idiots that bought the complete flip on important topics by Stern.

Wake up.

There is no other candidate that can hit the ground running that understands the Constitution and the problems this nation has other that Paul.

Then why ask for other's opinions?

Really?

Turn around?

The Economy?

ObamaCare?

More bailouts?

GET REAL!

You're watching the water swirl around the bowl and you think this guy is the Answer.

What?? You have to be one of the far right wingnuts, because you make no sense. I didn't vote for Obama and I will never vote for the idiot, but I'm smart enough to see the writing on the wall. Whereas you are so brainwashed by the Rushs, Becks & Hannitys that you will help this man get re-elected.

NOTHING to do with your response.

You want it to, but there are YEARS of my posts to wade through that show just how wrong you are.

Not even a half-assed attempt to smear a person with your wannabe posturing and self-projecting.

Even with the OP in this thread I told you you were cutting it up the middle trying to play both sides.

Pick a side, which you obviously have now and STICK with IT!

You have to be a complete nut case when it comes to politics. The good thing is you like cigars so at least we have one thing in common. You need to understand that the world goes on regardless of your blood pressure, buddy you need to calm down and stop watching the right wing nut jobs.

Although admittedly masshole transplants have had extreme influence on New Hampshire in the last decade,
"liberal"? hardly.

Remember, this is the state where Buchanan won the primary in 1996.

2008 primary, votes cast:
Dem 287,542
Repub 238,979
in a year with unusually high turnout for Dems and unusually low turnout for Repubs.

We are back to a republican state legislature, and pretty much replaced every democrat national representative w/ repub in this recent midterm.

In other words, the flatlander newbs took it a bit too far, and Elmer is pissed.

"Do you think Obama will be a 2 term president?"

Yes......there is no one on the right at this moment in time that will appeal to the vast silent majority of Americans who see the extremist nonsense being pushed forward by both sides right now and are completely turned off. Whether you choose to believe it or not, Ron Paul is a fringe candidate and has virtually no chance to win the election. I WILL vote for him, but hold out very little hpe that he will be elected.

If you so a search on said subject from 3 or 4 years ago (and up until the last moments before the election) you will see that according to folks in here there was no way the Big O could win and anyone suggesting he would was an idiot.

I expect similar this election cycle. It is wishful thinking transformed into "fact"

I would not be the least bit surprised if the next president is:

barely considered a viable candidate right now, or not considered one
not considered "front runner" until well into the primary cycle
has the benefit of relative lack of record/experiance to scrutinize
is a centrist flippyfloppy poll watcher

Only this time it really will BE a centrist, not a liberal trying to pass himself off as one.

Sen Scott Brown (R -MASS) (will have more experience in congress than BHO did at election)
Gov Bobby Jindal (R Louisiana) (the problem of having an ACTUAL record may be overcome by fact he is a minority)

come to mind

EDIT:

Forget Jindal:
His wife has a degree in chem engineering AND an MBA,
is three years younger than me, and hot.
I'm writing HER in!

It's like you're reading my thoughts. I agree again, and was about to say the same thing. For the most part, Americans are pretty short-sighted (IMO), and even if America was gong to hell in a handbasket (as it is), people would find a way to vote for him if he did one decent thing even 2 months before elections. Call me a pessimist. Anxious

It's nice that people are so dedicated to waste their vote on Ron Paul. There are three things I consider when voting for president:

1. Does this joker even have a chance?
2. Who out of these two jokers sucks the least?
3. Why did I waste $5.00 in gas to drive here?

Maybe you should consider these 3 things instead...

1. Is the person qualified?
2. Will they do their elected job to uphold and defend the Constitution?
3. Will America be better served with this person in office.

Perhaps looking at an election with more than just an American Idol vote mentality would be a better way to conduct yourself, but I digress you keep on looking at an issue like your vote like a joke or a mild inconvenience. Better men have died so you can continue with your train of thought.

You have to be delusional if you really think you matter to the people in Washington. You my friend are a ripple in a huge pond and what you think or say means nothing. Don't take this the wrong way, because I once felt the same and then I saw the big picture.

CS, don't take this personal. Honestly cause most times I don't care but that is the exact kind of douche bag mentality that has F'd up this country. While it may have some truth to it that is exactly why we are where we are. DMV hit it on the head. This is an AI world we live in. I would say no biggie but it is affecting our lives and it starts one at a time. The reason you are seeing all of this uproar around the country is because of this mentality and the election of BHO. He is showing us what happens to the country when people take your approach. I for one am grateful. Had Mccain won we would all still have our heads in the sand.

Ok, end of serious discussion. Where's the birth certificate!!
