Probably should have had 2 divisions, living and past or current generation and past generations......Hitler certainly in my mind would take the overall win as he wanted to purify the "races" and eliminate mine. Plus as he wiped put my entire Europeon side of the family easily takes my vote ! (or maybe that should disqualify my vote?)

On the current generation you are probably missing a couple of very good candidates !

Mao? You sir/madam are a brave person for preferring a man who murdered more men, women, and children than Hitler & Stalin combined.
Appears many are afraid to vote...Think

Topper, my point being that perhaps we don't have it as bad as some think.
Not intended as a beauty contest. Especially not trying to trivialize the horrors that Hitler (and the rest) brought to many innocents such as yours, bro.

If you look, america is on the precipice of not being able to protest. We can no longer refer to police as public servants as they spend more time harrassing people for not stopping completely or "speeding" and there is a massive tracking structure being put in place across the country with cameras and other surveillance equipment. If i had to guess, this country is about to be on lockdown. we are just too dumb, fat and happy to care. Keep my football on and a cold beer in my hand, im happy!

If I interpreted the thread correctly, if I had to choose which despot I'd have to live under if I had an option...I'd choose the current Community Organizer-in-Chief.

Basically it's a choice between a bunch of genuinely malevolent, power mad demagogues or one genuinely clueless, power mad demagogue.

And yes, we don't have it as bad as some think. I'd like to keep it that way.

Unfortunately, if we continue to elect more guys like Idi Amin Jr., and "manly" Harry Reid, you're going to get Mao and Stalin in time. They know that the fastest way to get power is to buy votes with OPM.

And power is all they really seek. I seriously doubt either one got where they were because they have a sincere love of country, or concern for their fellow man.

If you had to choose a despot...

for some reason when I read this thread title...I read it in my head to the tune of:

"If I were a rich man,
Ya ha deedle deedle, bubba bubba deedle deedle dum.
All day long I'd biddy biddy bum."

from Fiddler on the Roof

"If I had to choose a despot,
Ya ha deedle deedle, bubba bubba deedle deedle dum.
All day long I'd biddy biddy bum."

lmao
