did you hold an elected office as governor of a state.

in your capacity as governor, find the state in a financial
crisis and reduce corporate taxes, and at the same time
reduce unemployment compensation and reduce the
number of poor people eligible for food stamps, putting
the state deeper in debt.

did you attempt to prevent the government from
becoming biger and more intrusive into people's lives
by having every pregnant woman put on a list and
following her progress until she delivered a baby and
if she aborted the child for any reason not excursively
rape ior incest, prosecute the woman for murder?

did you as goveroer of a state and owner of a drug
testing lab, transfer ownership of the lab to your wife
and then initiate a law demanding that requires all state
employees be drug tested 4 times a year at your lab and
paid for by the state into your family's personal wealth.

did you as a sitting judge on the supreme court for four
years never once ask a single question of any litgant.
and did you fail to disclose your wife's income as a paid
conservative advocate, in violation of the rules of the IRS
and claim ignorance of that provision, and did you
render your judgment almost verbatim from another
judge instead of deciding the merits of the case as you
are sworn and paid to do?

did you as a sitting judge go hunting with a personal
friend and then refuse to recuse yourself because of the
obvious conflict of interest, and claiming you could
render an impartial judgment and rule in your friends
interest.

did 5 of you decide that corporations could act as a
person and donate as much money from your profits
and then reduce your tax by the amount you donated
to your personally selected candidae, expecting quid
pro quid to your benefactor

is there any reason you should not be charged with
fraud, be impeached, and sent to jail.

Rick, i would have to say the entire system is corrupted beyond repair. Democrats are guilty of the same offences. If i had to guess, they put on this big show for us, then eff each other behind closed doors. They all spend money like its coming off a printing press (oh wait it is) and act only in their own interests... its sad to see how low we are. AMerica hasnt built anything substantial in my short lifetime that i can remember. Other countries are building new bridges, building, power plants, solar panels, wind farms etc. US? nothing. I watched a documentary on the Hoover dam last week, i thought to myself, that would never be possible today with all the OSHA rules, heat stress index cards, required breaks, and dam Unions!

I would have to agree, and as long as we continue to point fingers and refuse to see this they will continue to have us RIGHT WHERE THEY WANT US!!!!!!! Bickering amongst ourselves while our country sinks further and further into the abyss............They are ALL serving the interests of a micro community of wealthy individuals who toss these corrupt politicians the occasional bone to keep them happy horse The Reagan adm. was the first to give amnesty to millions of illegals entering our country, Bush during his two terms did Nothing to stop the flow either. Now anyone who does not see this as a concerted effort to replace the workforce in this country (union or NOT) is either blind or self serving.

i will have it all used by 03 //14/2013, and then i'll get a new one with a fresh eraser. the eraser is
all used up and when i go to erase something the metal rips the paper.

my legal gardener, used pipe for my fence posts and they are on the other side of the fence.
my neighbor is a republican and i want him to get used to bars.

my side of the fence is fancy, dog eared and made of pure redwood.

do you have a fence? is it chain-linked topped with barbed wire. is it to keep the neighbors out or
you in.

Typically the posts go on the inside. It's what rational people would do (even if the posts might look better for someone else to stare at). But that sounds like something you would do just to aggravate somebody.

I don't have a fence, but I would like one. I want a nice split rail fence. One that will keep my dogs in, but one that won't be an eyesore for my neighbors. I would put the posts on the inside because that's how it's done, and I don't have any grudges against my neighbors...regardless of political, religious, etc affiliation.

i hope the government paid for your redwood fence. Rick, reading your last post as type this is mind boggling, why would you wish death on another? I fail to see how the death of a Justice would bring good to the country? we are already taking down the principles our country was founded on... If you are against guns, thats fine, but dont infringe on my right to carry to defend my family and property. i dont want to force you to have or carry a gun so by the same token, dont try to take mine away or reduce my ability to use it in time of need. i am neither republican or democrat as they are both screwing us. we need to work together to resolve our serious financial issues this country is facing. It will require sacrifices from both sides, IE military/defense from republicans and public spending/welfare programs from your side. We have to get this under control ASAP and it will be painful, no two ways about it.

Both Beltway Republicans and Liberal Democrats have a vested interest in granting amnesty to as many illegals as possible...the former for cheap labor for Big Ag, the latter in the hope of securing another automatic 'D' voting, government entitlement demographic come election time.

i didn't finish your post completely.

i am not against guns, i have owned a 38 police special which i bought
shortly after the birth of my first son, ross

my oldest son ross's wife jessica is soon going to deliver his first child,
and my first grandchild. he asked me about the need to have a gun
for the protection of his family.

i gave him my other revolver i had in my office
and told him to learn to use it properly.



this is the first year i used the VA to obtain one pair of eyeglasses at thier expense. under $100.

i bought the extra ones i want at walmart for $38.oo each including the frames.

i don't have bad eyes. like a boxer wears a cup for a fight, i wear glasses so i don't hit anyone
when i drive. without the glasses i see three cars in front of me, and assume the middle one is
the real car.

then you are the only cost conscious democrat i know. everyone else working for the federal, state or local government blows money like it grows on trees. my crime free town of 10000 people (with 26 full time officers + part time + county and state police) just found a less fuel efficient vehicle than the crown vics and chargers! They bought four tahoes! they cost more, use more fuel, and their maintenance (brakes, tires etc) are undoubtedly more expensive than a car. hooray waste!
