Looks like TG may be right! Not the beetle holes I'm used to seeing, but it sounds like he's encounter this before.

I’ve seen this before, it sucks but its freezer time if the cigars are worth saving... 7 days in the ice box in a sealed plastic bag, 5 days in the frig, put them in a new open bag and put back in your humi and you should be OK. Make sure you clean out your humi also, a can of compressed air and a quick wipe down with some distilled water during the process cant hurt.

No need for 5 days in the refrigerator. You can go right from freezer to humidor with 30 minutes on the counter in between. What do you think happens at the factories and distributors who blast freeze the cigars? Do you think they keep them in a refrigerator for a week after freezing?

You're not thawing a steak, it's a cigar. It only has 12%-14% water content by weight, whereas a piece of meat, or just about anything else typically found in the freezer, is 65% or more water by weight.

Hell, you can even smoke them right out of the freezer.

Looks as though you have an infestation problem. I'd complain to the seller... In the meantime, make sure you are protecting the remainder of your stash. TG provides the best solution above.

Wow, kinda looks like termite damage on a piece of wood. Speaking of which, there never seems to be 'droppings' evidence. Don't beetles crap?

Yep, def beetle tracks...I had a similar experience a few years back and posted mine, but that was back in 06/07 time frame. Mine was in a straight line, so it initially looked like a crack, but on further review and by seeing an entrance an exit hole in the cello I knew the verdict. I did the 5 day freeze/5 day fridge with about 40 cigars or so and had no issues. I had posted a picture here back then, but I would spend a week finding it here with my high speed dial up.

Hope there is no significant loss invloved.
