I sorta like him and if he were the Rep. nominee I'd love to watch the press and race baiters like Jesse Jackson find a PC way of calling him an Uncle Tom.

The Dems and the MSM don't know how to deal with him, so for now they just ignore the man. Watching the talking heads this morning discussing how Republicans want Christy in the race because Perry and Romney are no longer electable. They mentioned Bachman and a few others as possible front runners, but totally ignored Cain.

Seems some folks are scared chitless of him going head to head with their messiah. Right now, he's my top pick in the field and has my vote.

Go Herman! I heard him on local radio for some time here and think he's got what it takes to win AND do the job: knowledge of the issues, common sense, charisma and no apparent baggage.

dp, the repubs don't know what to do with him either, if we're honest. Me, I think he should take credit for the cigar that bears his name!

Not sure about the "no baggage" because everyone has baggage of some sort. If he becomes a serious candidate, they will dig up something - it's the American way.....

It has spoken....

Janeane Garofalo: "Herman Cain is probably well liked by some of the Republicans because it hides the racist elements of the Republican party. Conservative movement and tea party movement, one in the same.

"People like Karl Rove liked to keep the racism very covert. And so Herman Cain provides this great opportunity say you can say 'Look, this is not a racist, anti-immigrant, anti-female, anti-gay movement. Look we have a black man.'"

End of Ham Sandwich transmission.

America will never elect a black man as President. Especially one that's not Muslim.

My understanding is the tabloids have pictures of his cupboard, whereupon inside he has a box of some kind of square edibles, and apparently the outside of the box containing this food has "Crackers" written on it.

Eh?

negro please
Obama has ruined it for all people of color (aside from himself).

What we need now is for a woman to take a crack & prove that her sex can be equally incompetent at governing.

I have always respected newt and always listen to what he says. his history background makes him very interesting. I just don't like some of his positions. I think his refusal to criticize the religous remarks against Romney was disgusting. But hey, he'S Newt and nothing surprises me...

Herman Cain. Federal Reserve honk. Might as well be Tim Geithner in blackface. Don't suppose the Libertarian crowd here would approve of those credentials.

He would save a lot of money too. All the Republicans would have to do is remove all the Mc's from the leftover stuff from the 08 election.

That pile o' poo had more brains in it than the Kenyan King and also racked up less debt!

That's an achievement!

Alas, just like the Kenyan King...it's down the sewer now!
