Banned, silenced and choked with the foot of the giant corporation on my throat. My civil rights were trod upon like the cigarette butt laced mesh of a urinal floor mat - until I could take no more. Stepping into a nearby phone booth (those are harder and harder to find these days) I immerged as UBERLEFTY! To help the helpless, befriend the friendless, and defeat the feetless (?).

Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas wrote for the majority in the case that gave Monsanto the right to sue farmers that used seed that showed any of their genetic markers. Even those from cross fertilization – read all seed. Thomas is a former attorney for Monsanto.
