Even if Newt is able to do a good job I'm afraid he has more skeletons or even non-skeletons that can be made to look bad.
much of this info is from wikipedia, some from memory.

A check kiting scandal supposedly 22 checks while in office.

90s government shutdowns will be pinned on him even if it is a non-issue it will be made into one.

84 ethics charges were filed against him during his term as speaker. After extensive investigation and negotiation by the House Ethics Committee, Gingrich was sanctioned $300,000 by a 395–28 House vote. It was the first time in history a speaker was disciplined for ethical wrongdoing.

He resigned from being Speaker and from his congressional seat one day after being reelected in 1998. One day.

Some other tax issues with some of his organizing groups.

If they go after him with just what's in plain sight who knows what else is there and if they can make anything stick.

So you're saying Romney is the better loser against Obama?

(At what point are we going to admit that the Republicans aren't even trying this election cycle?)

You are right. There is no denying it. The fix is in, I just hope it is so obvious that the people see it before it's too late and force a change.

If Newt keeps winning and the talking heads keep defending him, the Republican party should lose all their rights to bring up ethical or sexual issues of Democrats again.

H.R. 4170 (Drug Import Death Penalty Act of 1996) "Anyone coming home to the U.S. and caught carrying enough marijuana (two ounces) to distribute would be sentenced to life imprisonment with no parole - or if caught twice, would be sentenced to death."

Gingrich recently defended this position when he stated: "We need to think through a strategy that makes it radically less likely that we're going to have drugs in this country. Places like Singapore have been the most successful at doing that. They've been very draconian. And they have communicated with great intention that they intend to stop drugs from coming into their country."

First of all, wtf? Secondly if you get life without parole, how can you be caught twice?

In all seriousness, do you guys honestly think that there's NO other candidate for the presidency who can do better than Obama???
Has Obama impressed you that much or is it just that the others have scared you more?
I know that aside from rhetoric both parties do similar once in office but don't you at least WONDER & ask "what if"? Are you THAT disillusioned and dead inside??

Ok, ok, I'm feeling dead too... let me rephrase... I'm feeling a bit queasy here... (trying to maintain a straight face)

The other side is worse. It usually is the lesser of two evils, but the range between each party's evilness is getting smaller each day.

An empty garbage can would be better than the powergrab that's going on now. None of the Above or Mickey Mouse would do far less damage than him!

No, he is EXACTLY the guy that I tried to warn people about leading up to his coronation. There's nothing to be impressed in that at all!

If a frog had wings it wouldn't bump its ass when it hops! Yes, I am that disillusioned and dead inside. There is no "righting the ship". They're both complicit with the crime. They read from the same hymnal. When you have someone that's trying hard to restore the Constitution and people are wishy washy on THAT....THAT is where we're at. People want higher taxes (despite our Founding Fathers raising holy Hell over a measley 13%!), free stuff(even though YOU pay for it!), and they want it all for little to no effort. Just give it to them now and step away. You might lose an arm or a leg with the frantic frenzy for it!

That all said...Kenyan King = Mittens = Neutered...same as it ever was...same as it ever was...same...as...it...ever...was:-"

People would be more interested in restoring the Constitution if they could find a section titled "Free Stuff Thoust Shall Receive". Then they could track their free stuff on FaceBook as they receive and tweet about it.

Plenty of money to be made dismantling the empire.

He's not even close to what you describe. If you would actually describe him and his policies accurately, more people would agree with you. Instead you and other far right folks paint a caricature of Obama by throwing in anything you think is 'evil' without any regard for the truth. Not that I should give you advice, but it makes everyone who does it sound incredibly stupid, like the woman who said Obama was a muslim at the Santorum event. Wonder if she knows the nut who said that to McCain.

I guess not. You aren't the same dmv that calls the president a socialist/communist/terrorist/muslim with a crazy christian preacher who was born in Kenya?

He's a poor example of a man. He has no honor. He's a liar.

He shouldn't even be a consideration but when you see who's in the White House now...he pales in comparison!
