We've been down this path before MACS.... and you must not pay enough attention. I am actually doing some work for the party for the first time in several years and spending more time on it than I probably should. Organization and technology in my county is not a strong suit. I can help there.
I just don't think focusing on kenya and other nonsense will get the big O out of office thats all. It sure helped McCain didn't it? It turns me off and truthfully pisses me off because I find it counter productive. It undermines the real issues and cheapens the party. If you do like it good on you..... carry on.
I also think a weak candidate is what got GW reelected and thus us in the ****hole we are. Unfortunately I see the same likely happening in reverse and that sucks. I guess what comes around goes around but this is too important.
But you are right about one thing.... I don't like the extreme end of the Republican party or the Dems and call it like I see it. I see politics as a circle rather than a straight line. Once you stray TOO far from the center to either the left or the right you end up being exactly like that you hate (at the bottom of the circle next to the other extreme). *shrug*
We also agree on another thing, neither of us gives a rat's ass what party you think I belong to. And I don't care which you belong too. It's all good.
